My biggest challenge during AIESEC work.
Well, it is not a very easy question, because I came here not so long time ago but since I have come to the organization I had many challenges. When I started working I faced some problems: the most difficult thing was to find the way to communicate. AIESEC gives the opportunities to communicate with foreigners, share the information, know more about their cultures. I have lived in Kharkiv for many years, but I didn't know that I will be able to spend some time with foreign students staying here, in Ukraine. I'm finding out some information about different cultures, countries, peoples; but when I spoke to a student from another country that came to Ukraine I didn't know how to speak with him, what to ask. I knew English good enough, but I thought those people were different from us.
After having some experience, after I spoke about that with AIESECers, I started changing myself. I understand that all the people are different and their outlook on life is different, but we all are living in the same world, we have common problems and we can share our experience and help each other.
Now I think that this organization can not only help to develop some skills, but to become another person. I found out, that being a member of the organization is not an easy thing and we have to work a lot to become a real leader, because a leader is not only the person that knows English, is clever or active, it is the person that understands the importance of the international comunication and is trying to make the world better.
