Hello, my dear members!
I propose you to use this blog for our internal communication to share our feelings and thoughts without any barriers (without rude words) and have a fun together.
To be honest, I wanted to start our local committee blog few months ago. But I think that it’s great time to start it now.
On greatest conference what I can imagine (after IC). But it’s still not starting.
Ok, I will go from beginning. We came yesterday to the Bratislava (Slovakia) and we went to dream city, city what I have fallen in love from the first look – Vienna…
Yes, schengen visa make a miraclesJ You can go from country to country like as from Kharkiv to the Donetsk or Dnipro but the distance shorter here. So, you just buy tickets (about 12 euro both sides) and enjoy your trip (1 and half hour even less to Vienna). Something funny that in Austria we spoke Ukrainian with a cashier on the bus station (not English). And one thing which “kill” me there is a toilette… Do you think that it’s look like in cinema? Only if it horror film. For 0,5 euro really huge men (look like Quasimodo) lock you in a little room and you even can’t open/close the door without his help. Of cause he don’t speak any languages I speak.
After that we bought map (in German) and have a great walk. Really great!!! Vienna is a city of waltz and coffee. We didn’t drink any coffee except free Jacobs in the center and didn’t hear any waltz except Opera-toilette on metro station.
But Vienna is city of beauty, city of great architecture, city of peacefulness…
I really enjoy it. We saw a lot, drank beer, eat some sandwiches and bought souvenirs. All of it (except views) is very expensive here.
And after 6 or 7 hours of walking we returned to the bus station I went to Bratislava. Check-in our hostel, find some aiesecers here, bought beer and have a rest. Our day finished.
First day of our Euro-trip…
